FairCapacity Program Lead — Bangladesh
Served as SAI’s country lead and local resource for FairCapacity participants in Bangladesh, supporting management-system assessment, labor-performance improvement and capacity building for garment suppliers.
The program addressed labor risks linked to production planning and purchasing practices, including excessive overtime, unsafe conditions and unauthorized subcontracting.
